Belk, is the only retail establishment, that has employee's doing the same work for wages that are inconsistent, and unfair. There is no equal pay for equal work. Once you have established a set salary, their evaluation system (goes by points that they have established) they will do everything possible to find a way to lower your score, resulting in "pay cuts" WE have top sellers, who received pay cuts. _Their HR deparment is a sham, NOT THERE for employees, only there to back up the company.
