Signed up on line for free product trial and agreed to shipping costs. I gave my card info out to cover the shipping fees only on Feb. 20, 2010. Having not received the product by Feb. 27th I called to cancel order and subscription. Shipping charges were promptly charged to my account. On March 10 $149.95 was taken from my account for a yearly subscription fee. I tried to explain that the product had not arrived until March 10th and the trial period had already expired as well as the fact I had requested the cancellation.
