we haven't had hot water for two weeks. sometimes there will be hot water then we will have it. they keep telling us that the part that they need is out of stock and they are ordering it and it will fix it. they just keep promising to fix it by a certain date and they fail to keep that promise. If they need to buy the damn part somewhere else even if it is more expensive they need to do it. because they are responsible for providing hot water for us. read full review »
