I was interested in getting permanent make up done so i inquired to new beginnings day spa and was shocked when i saw the prices but i later found out through a former employee that the owner did not even have a license to do tattooing! i cannot believe that just anybody thinks they can draw on people with a needle and give them something that they will have for the rest of theyre lives and not have to have a license for it! beware! i also realized that the owner who is a hairdresser ONLY was doing esthetic services on customers. for example;... read full review »
