I received a letter from SouthwestCredit saying that I owed the North Texas Tollway Authority $206.93. Funny thing: I don't live in North Texas. I live in San Antonio. So, unless the NTTA is now collecting tolls in South Texas, I find in surprising that they are accusing me of a violation, and secondly have reported me to a collection agency to handle this purported violation having never contacted me directly.
