September 2008 -I called in to see the price of 1 carat tanzanite gem. The price was too high (I had seen them earlier for less money) so I told the rep I did not want the order. I then received 2 one carat tanzanite stones in the mail. I called customer service - extremely long wait, spoke with supervisor and she agreed to refund my credit card to include shipping. They sent a Fed X box to me and I returned the gems on 9/26/09. On 2/2/09 I called to follow up and was told they would send a request to accounting, rep stated they take a long time for refunds.
