I rented an apartment from Kingscrest Apartments for over a year. My rent was always paid on time. When I moved out I had a balance due which I thought I had paid. I never received a bill from them, yet a year later they referred me to a collection agency named Hunter Warfield. When I attempted to pay the amount due in the office at Kingscrest I was denied saying that I now have to deal with the collection agency.
