My husband and I fell behind three months on our mortgage due to two emergency surgeries and our daughter being hospitalized due to an accident. This mortgage company is putting us through the foreclosure process and denying any payments we are willing to make. I recently made a payment to them that was returned to my account three days later because it was $3.23 short from the amount they wanted.
