I paid for a ticket for a flight I didn't take because of THEIR mistake. They changed the flight and didn't notify me. I was at the WRONG airport. They claimed I was supposed to check! They provided no refund at all. I had to buy another ticket so they got paid TWICE! I CANNOT afford this. read full review »
