Michigan has been hit with a huge economic hardship and it has cost me and my boyfriend the inability to stay at Central Park Apartments in Grand Rapids, MI. Instead of not paying rent and being evicted, I have paid my rent accordingly and tried to offer one month fee for breaking my lease instead of the unreasonable two month fee.
