We filled out the appropriate forms and included check for 2 vacation packages. The first trip was offered to us, but we declined at that time. After some additional discussion with the representative we decided to cancel that trip. We asked for a refund of our desposit. We were advised it would be 4-6 weeks. That was in November 11, 2009. It is now 3-12-10 and after numerous phone calls, requesting the refund and numerous calls asking them to return our call we are still waiting. They have also not fulfilled the accommodations for the second trip which we had also send in a deposit for. read full review »
