I contacted various stores in the Chicago area in order to determine whether or not they had a particular item in stock. One store (#5402) was especially bad as they put me on hold for half an hour before I finally just called back and asked to talk to a manager. The manager said they would go see if my product was in their store, but 2 minutes later I heard a click as they hung up on me. I am absolutely disgusted with their employees. They are of virtually no help and insist on being snappy and sassy when they talk to you. Luckily I have plenty of other places I can shop. I guess you get what you pay for? read full review »
