it's 1100pm MARCH 13. I have called housing about the water coming into the apartment from the windows and walls, ticket (10240583) it's already bad enought that i had placed a ticket in to fix the same window in hopes to prevent this. The ticket is in for that replacement/repair for november 2010!?!?.
