Offgamers requires a has a verification process after purchase is made. They will not deliver the product till the following documents are sent to them. 1) Scanned bill, 2) Scanned ID 3) Scanned letter stating the details of the purchase. I find it unfair that they require the documents after purchase is made. Make the requirements for the documents before allowing ANY purchase to be made.
