I live at one of your propertys for a year. Never late on rent. Kept very clean apartment. When I did a walk thru with the leasing agent all was great. Evarything passed with flying colors, untill time to refund my deposait. Then a 100 degerr turn. Was told I would recieve my deposit as soon as the manager was back in town. I called and went to the office for four weeks still waiting for my return. So in November, I moved out in september the 28th, I sent a letter asking for my deposit.
