Approximately 18 months ago I took out a subscription with Oberon Media, through the MSN website. After a few months I realised that I did not use the service and went about trying to cancel the subscription. Have had absolutely no joy whatsoever, when trying to do it on their website the page just shuts down. VISA won't cancel as apparently I have to the company to cancel it.
