Kragen Auto Parts in San Diego on Black Mountin Road would not honor their warranty on an Autolite Car Battery. This Battery lasted only for 2 years although it came with a 96 month limited warranty. Even in those 2 years, I had to get it charges a couple of times. The staff working at Kragen on Black Mountain Road was very rude and wouldn't listen to genuine complaints by their customers.
