I went into the center to have brake job done, pre-registered on the day before. Was there 2.5 hours watched mechanic stand around and talk to other associates instead of performing work... They had to order parts, got wrong parts which delayed job even longer. Another customer was angry due to them doing a check on his front end alignment and then doing 70.00 worth of work w/o his okay... Another customer sat there for approximately 2 hours waiting to get a flat fixed as they had to send an employee out for patches...he was gone that long... read full review »
