Hired through Hiremymom.com, Mr.Darby wrote a contract to build a website for my company for 12, 800.00 After paying him 9k, he discussed the function of the site and then explained his business model had changed and he needed the final payment early. He stated that he was 'at risk.' Although I paid for the site according to the contract he wrote, he emailed stating he was cancelling the contract and would send my files within 7 days.
