Promised two $ 50 Rebates for new phones purchased. We received one $ 50 and not the other. He made excuses but told me to call 1-800# & would not help me resolve the problem. He accused me of not filling for form out correctly so I faxed him the copies & he looked them over & said it was correct. He mislead me to believing about these refunds & offered no assistance to get my rebate back. I am very, very dissapointed & will seek another phone service for my cell phone. read full review »
