Bought Cricket on a Tuesday at 5pm. By 8pm we realized that the modem would not download the cricket program. Called technical support and after an hr we realize that the modem was defective. Called Luiz back at the Herndon Store and he said he could not help us and to go to the corporate store. Then next morning after driving 40 min and standing 30 min in line. We were told that they could help activate the warranty for a fee. We were not going to pay a fee for a product that came to us defective. So we said we would like to cancel.
