Ordered ALPINE PXE-H650 from Dealer Cost Car Audio last year. They charged my credit card on 22nd Nov 2009 when item was never in stock. Never notified me regarding item being out of stock. About a month later email them asking where is item and was told no stock yet. Asked why was credit card was charged when item was not yet in stock. Sales manager robert replied and said this is correct and said "no stock yet". 2 months later asked Robert to contact Alpine to see when will stock be arriving, he said few days time.
