I was making a complaint without being rude and was getting a refund for a last perchas I had made. The manager kept trying to make excuses for the mistake that had happened and well i'm five months pregnant and I cannot get upset so I kept saying I didn't want to hear it. And that igt was ok and that I didn't care anymore and when I was about to drive off the manager yells to me fatass. I need help I want to know what can be done and I want that manager to understand that if she is working in a public place where she treats customers she should not speak like that. read full review »
