I purchased flight for 2 from Lihue for island of Kauai. This was a sight seeing tour. I spoke with Kyle (if I remember it right). Following the reservation we discussed the seating. I asked if both of us will get window seating. Kyle told me that I can guaranty window seating for both by buying an First Class upgrade which will be additional $100. I did that. But the actual seating did not have 2nd seat as window seat. I have multiple photographs as proof of that and will be happy to send them. I was mislead into to paying for upgrade. read full review »
