I have been stuck in an adjustable rate mortgage and tried several times to refinance and get a fixed rate mortgage with no success. I have been in the process of trying to get a loan modification and get the run-around each time. I have tried several times to contact them and get either disconnected or a representative who does not speak English. When I have finally gotten through they connect me to several different people and than I end up back at square one. I have been barely able to pay my bills but they are current and up-to-date.
