We had 4 technicians come on 4 separate occasions. Had ConEd check the gas lines as suggested by the SEARS techs. The gas line is fine. Out of sheer frustration, we finally reached "Rebecca" in the Presidents office. She started off o.k. and then reverted to the scripted litany of verbiage supplied by SEARS when she didn't know how to fix the problem. All she did was read the notes by the technician and didn't listen to us when we told her that ConEd had been by and it was not the gas line issue. We were charged for parts and... read full review »
