After seeing a year's worth of charges for Easy Saver, from a ProFlowers purchase, I got online to find out what it even was. That is when I saw this site with the hundreds of complaints. Since it seemed that many people reported they the company would actually credit the charges, I called 800-444-9491 and calmly requested that they credit all of the charges, which they agreed to do. Then I called my credit card company to report this. They asked me if I had anything in writing, email, or even a reference number, which I didn't. So... read full review »
