I provided my credit card number to My Everbrite Smile and Celebrity White Teeth and authorized payments of $.99 and $3.94 respectively for samples from both sites after seeing something about this a TV show. I received one package, which I have not opened and nothing from the other company. Subsequently I have been charged an additional $89.21 and $152.94, both unauthorized charges.
