As of March 1st our insurance company changed over from Blue Shield to Blue Cross. Naturally the first thing I wanted to do was transfer my mail order prescription to their mail order service (nextRx) I made a total of 3 calls. The first call the lady said that I needed to have my doctor fill out a form and fax it to them. I called the doctor's office only to find out that she was no longer there and because of this they could not help me. They told me I would have to go to a new doctor to get the prescription.
