had the worst experience I have ever had at a dental office, thanks to Coast Dental. Upon, arriving the front desk staff was cordial; however I had to wait forever to be seen. When I was seated in the dental chair, I was greeted with paper work asking me to sign that I agreed to pay $80.00 more than what I should be paying, based on my plan prices. I immediately reviewed the paperwork and saw that they were trying to charge me for oral cancer screening (invisilight) without consulting with me to see if I wanted it.
