I didn't notice the monthly $8.25 charge because the 800 number (which should have alerted me to the additional charge) was included on a separate page of the phone bill. I suppose I've been billed for over ten years now but I know for sure it's been over a year. Some months I was charged twice. Their customer service is a ripoff too. CALL YOUR PHONE SERVICE PROVIDER AND REQUEST 3RD PARTY BLOCKS!!! Anyone can add a charge to your phone bill...it's a legal loophole. MY TELEBILL knows this too. read full review »
