I order advance cleanser thinking i was on acai berry web site . After realizing that was different companies i call customer service asking to cancel my order, i was informed that i had to return the product and my account was going to get credited any charges.I got the product and the same day without open the box i returned(as per instructions) after many attempts to get my account cancel they did not cancel until after my trial period was over.
