I was sent a booklet to "evaluate I guess" and I did not order it but was billed. I was sent a return merchandise label but I do not know which book to return. It is not mentionmed in the letter I received. I called the toll free number and was put on hold for over 7 minutes with no answer. They should tell me in their letter which book I am to return.
