So I have a samsung dryer that is 2 years old and the heat stopped working. i called Allen and son to come look at it and give me info on the situation. As i am a working man i had my mom there to meet the repair man Bob. Bob looked at the dryer, was paid $45 as a "service fee" and left a "invoice" with my mom with a ridiculous service quote $137.15 for parts and $137 for labor. when my mom called me to tell me the situation i had specific questions tha i needed answered by Bob.
