I requested that this company close my account, they continued to bill for 4 months for services which they did not provide. They did not send the bills to me, but sent them directly to a collection agency, NCO Group Fin Systems who immediately reported them to Experian who created not one but three separate accounts. I did not own the business, Salon Divas, during the time period in which these charges were incurred. All required notices were given to this company and to all other creditors.
