We used their service recently for an annual maintenance check on our A/C, which they sold us in Mid 2001. The technician came out to our place on Monday March 8, 2010. Right away he acted as though there was a major problem with our system. In fact, he told us our A/C which is cooling just fine needed to be replaced. Conveniently, he told us he could have a salesman call us the next day to sell us a new system. He also recommended $1901 in replacement parts for our system.
