Cancelled product within the specified guidelines, was told I would receive an email confirmation with a cancellation reference number and would not receive any charges against my credit card. i did receive the email and it stated that my subscription was cancelled and it also stated that they would not debit my account. I was assured by their friendly yet illeterate customer service rep that my account would not be charged for anything other than the shipping fee, which I agreed to (although I still had not received the product).
