On December 20, 2009 I submitted the my receipt I paid for the eye exam to Clearone HMO.They cover $120.00.After several telephone conversation urging them to get paid I have not received any payment.Just "runarounds".Today is March 14 2010 and still no check. They, however acknowledged receipt of my request with promisses to pay next day after I called. No payment whatsoever. read full review »
