This car rental place is a tiny lot several miles off the airport which has very few vehicles and does not honor reservations. It utilizes regular passenger vehicles which only hold a few people to pick up at the airport, causing extensive delays in ferrying passengers to its location. On the date of my reservation, not only did they not have the car I reserved, they had only four or five vehicles on the whole lot for rental on a weekday afternoon, most of which were SUVs.
