Lets just say never buy a rainsoft water softener.I bought the system about 2 years ago. It stop working 6 months after I got it. It froze up the first winter I had it. A neighbor called me at work one saturday morning to tell me there was water coming out the side of my house and going all down the side of the street. I rushed home and found water shooting out the side of the rainsoft system.
