We bought a whole front room full of furniture just over a year ago. About 3 months ago the arm of one of the rocker recliners broke. We took the chair back as it was our understanding that it had a life time warranty. But in talking with the manager, we were rudely told that I should never have leaned on the arms of the chair to get out of the chair. That it was only CARDBOARD!!.
