Filing a new complaint about Hi, We bought some furniture on a buy now pay 12 months deal and Wells Fargo was the company we had to get the finance through. Well its 9 days till we have to clear the balance before interest is due ! so we went to the local WF branch to be told we cant make pay there so we rang them to pay over the phone `but you cant do that` and was told by a rude / difficult to understand accented person to pay online.
