yes theydid over charged my elderly neighbors card over a week ago. There is a charge for $1000.00 on his card... he has been off the site for a month and only spent 15$ for 1 bid pack and he realize it was scam and insider bot programs using autobid he quit. he could'nt cancel membership and now weeks later there is a charge on his card. they will not refund saying that he purchased this..
