We are a small business providing payroll services to other small businesses. We opened a Payroll Tax Escrow Account at the bank when it was still Mercantiles Eastern Shore Bank. When PNC Bank bought Mercantile, we "WRONGFULLY" assumed that our account would not change...after all, it is an ESCROW account. OPM: Other Peoples Money.
