I just found out they had purchased my loan from Wells Fargo a month ago They failed to notify me under (RESPA) (12U.S.C. section 2605) on top of that they assessed a 37.00 late fee to my account and my payment is not late. it would have been on the 17th of March . I have already made my payment and thank god i found out about this transfer when i did although a month ago when it happened would have been better read full review »
