I ordered this item for $19.95, and I was billed $50.80!!! I also requested that it be sent to an address other than my own as it was a gift. It showed up at my door today. I have NOT opened it. What do I do? I do NOT wish to incur additional expense sending it to the intended recipient. Please advise. read full review »
