i have an issue with my tire .i have road hazard warranty .sears wiil not replace my tire one employee says there is a blemish .manager walks over tells him he would have to order tire from another store says its not enough of an issue so will not replace tire why did i purchase the additional warranty, why am i paying for something that they will not honor... read full review »
