SunTrust debited my account a miscellaneous debit, overdrafted my account, then charged me almost $300 in ISF charges. I called them and told them they caused the overdraft and that I shouldn't have to pay the fees. They said they could not remove the charges. This is right after the new laws were passed regarding Unfair Banking Practices. To what governing authority do I report this? read full review »
