I had signed a contract for this company to market my timeshare for 6 months. At the end of the 6 months, (Aug 17, 2009), I had sent them an email about getting my money refunded. Got a return message to "read your contract", which I did. The next day I sent a request via certified mail per contract. A few weeks later I had called them and was told that the people I need to talk to was in a meeting and they would call me back. Never got a call back.
