First Outrage; I was sent and charged for two orders of "The Perfect Button" when I only ordered one increasing the tatal to $44.63 Second Outrage; one set was broken! Third and worst outrage of all; I was refunded only $23.96! I could hardly understand the foriegn customer service rep with his oh so empty "Vrrie sawrries."
